No need to reminisce about the days of eating real bread, baked fresh from the oven. Our Gluten-Free Bread Mix is easy to make and amazing to eat! Pre-slice and store it in a ziplock bag in the freezer ready to pop right in the toaster. It toasts up nicely and no one will even know it is gluten-free and grain-free. It tastes that good!
Baking Instructions: In a mixer, add the bread mix, 1-1⁄2 t yeast, 1⁄4 tsp vinegar, 2 large eggs, 2 T olive oil, and 3/4 cup of hot water to the mix. Mix until smooth. Add dough into a 4×9 loaf pan pressing the dough into the corners using your hands. (The dough is sticky, so wet your hands before pressing the dough). Allow the bread to rise for 45-60 minutes or until dough has risen to about twice its size. Bake at 375 for 10 min. Cover with foil and bake an additional 40-50 min.
Ingredients: Non-GMO Garbanzo Bean Flour, Non-GMO Potato Starch Flour, Non-GMO Tapioca Flour, Psyllium Husk, Non-GMO Sea Salt, and Non-GMO Ground Flax Seed.
