Chocolate Sunflower Seed Butter Waffles
Our Gluten-Free Pancake Mix can be used to make wonderful Butter Waffles that are crispy on the outside and will rival any glutinous waffle! Our Butter Waffles are great alone, but this recipe will probably be one of your favorites!
To the Pancake Mix add:
- 2 Eggs
- 6 T Olive Oil
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seed Butter
- 2 T Cacao Powder
- 3 stalks of Kale, finely chopped the leaves
Add all of the ingredients to the Pancake Mix using a whisk to add air. Drop by spoonfuls onto a hot waffle maker/griddle. Makes about a dozen waffles, depending on the size of your waffles.
We topped this waffle with Chia Seeds, Bananas and Strawberries.
