Our gluten-free and grain-free pancakes are light and fluffy. We give you ideas of what you can add to the gluten-free pancake mix to make it even more yummy! You will end up with deep, golden brown waffles that are light and airy in texture. Yum!
Directions: Add 2 eggs and 6 T of olive oil to mix. Add in 2/3 cup of milk or milk alternative using a little at a time to reach desired consistency. Add in other ingredients of your choice (blueberries, bananas, chocolate chips, etc.) and mix. Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook.
Ingredients: Garbanzo Bean Flour, Potato Starch Flour, Tapioca Flour, Cane Sugar, Ground Flaxseed, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Sea Salt.
