Apple Cinnamon Waffles Free Recipe
Start with Colette & Frank’s Gluten-Free Goodness Pancake Mix. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl. To the dry ingredients, 3 tsp Cinnamon, and 1 tsp nutmeg and 1 tsp vanilla.
Apple Cinnamon Waffles
Grate one medium to large apple. The type of apple depends on you. We have tested with Gala apples and have had great success. We are going to test, next time, with a Pink Lady apple… or a Honeycrisp. Pick your favorite apple and go with it. Peel, core, and grate the apple.
Add the grated apple to the Pancake Mix. Add the other ingredients to the mix as written on the instructions on the back of the Colette & Frank’s Gluten Free Goodness Pancake Mix (IE: milk, oil, eggs, etc…). Finally, mix well and cook.
TIP: The mix works well as a pancake or a waffle. However, add a bit more milk when making waffles. It spread out easier that way on the waffle maker.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy Apple Cinnamon Waffles. For those sweet tooths out there, pure maple syrup makes these pancakes/waffles taste absolutely wonderful!
