Colette & Frank's Commitment to Gluten Free Goodness

Colette's discovery of her sensitivity to over 150 foods in 2001 was incredibly challenging. Resorting to severely restricting her diet was hard and just not sustainable. Frank sought out ways to make foods that Colette could have as she had always been a foodie at heart.

Over time, most of Colette’s food sensitivities went away, except those of wheat and dairy. After experimenting for many years with various healthier ingredients as close to nature as possible, Colette and her husband, Frank, found a way to make the foods they loved taste incredible without using gluten, dairy or nuts (their youngest daughter is allergic to nuts). They were foodies at heart and knew they wanted to bring back all of the foods they loved.

Colette and Frank's dedication to crafting the best pizza, bread, cookies, banana bread, and pancakes shines through in every aspect of their product. Their passion for food and commitment to quality, healthier ingredients are evident in every bite. By testing their early creations on their own family and friends, they ensured that every recipe was not only delicious but also thoroughly vetted for excellence.

This product you have in your hands is this creation. It’s made-to-order in small batches by the two of us and of course the help of our daughters, Rhianna & Sarina. It’s from our gluten-free family to yours.
