Collection: Colette & Franks Gluten Free Goodness

We use ingredients as close to nature to make the best gluten-free (celiac-safe), grain free and top allergen free foods. Our breads do contain coconut oil and eggs. We have a vegan option as well. The only tree nuts that are used in our kitchen are coconuts, specially, coconut oil.

Our mixes are free of the top 14 allergens.

The owners’ daughter has a severe nut allergy so the owners are very careful in how they make the breads and all of their products to avoid any cross contamination.
