Ingredients: Chickpea Flour, Potato Starch Flour, tapioca flour, sugar, ground flax seed, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt
Directions: Add 2 eggs and 6 T of olive oil to mix. Add in milk or milk alternative using a little at a time to reach desired consistency. Add in other ingredients of your choice (blueberries, bananas, chocolate chips, etc.) and mix. Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook.
