No need to reminisce about the days of eating real bread, baked fresh from the oven. Our bread is easy to make and amazing to eat! Pre-slice and store it in a ziplock bag in the freezer ready to pop right in the toaster. It toasts up nicely and no one will even know it is gluten free and grain free. It tastes that good!
Ingredients: Chickpea Flour, Potato Starch Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, and Ground Flax Seed.
Baking Instructions: In a mixer, add the bread mix, 1-1⁄2 t yeast, 1⁄4 tsp vinegar, 2 large eggs, 2 T olive oil, and 3/4 c of hot water to the mix. Mix until smooth. Add dough into a 4x9 loaf pan pressing the dough into the corners using your hands. (The dough is sticky, so wet your hands before pressing the dough). Allow the bread to rise for 45-60 minutes or until dough has risen to about twice its size. Bake at 375 for 10 min. Cover with foil and bake an additional 40-50 min.
Vegan Option: We recommend substituting a product call "Ener-G" for the eggs. We have tested and used this product with great success!
